I’ve installed a lot of lithium battery spots and Lithium Rhino is by far the best. The packaging is perfect and everything installed easy with great instructions and customer support if needed. Lithium Rhino is my go to lithium swap from now on.

Purchased and installed first lithium rhino battery. Went very well and was exactly what Lithium Rhino promised. Very satisfied with purchase, provided pricing stays reasonable will be using their product for many customers to come.
The initial one i received had a blown subwoofer on one end once I got it installed. Called the rhino number and got excellent service. I told them the issue. They got me another one shipped the same day I called. Awesome in my view. Installation and hooking up was a breeze. Then when I got the replacement speaker it was plug and go. And I love it. Sounds great on my golf cart. My neighbors are asking where I purchased it. They want one.
Since I received my battery I took notice of the quality of packaging used and carefully presented instructions in the the kit. I notice how everything had a clear label and the whole kit just screamed quality and thoughtfulness. I installed the battery and took it for a test drive and noticed that my cart will display a code in my Navitas app for overvoltage and my battery would not charge when plugged in. Trent went above and beyond to resolve my issue, he was communicating with me even through his personal time to ensure my issue was resolved, I don't know but I havent experience this level of support and customer service in a while or ever. After this experience in customer service and support and quality of their product i can confidentiality say they have earned me as a faithful Lithium Rhino consumer and Fan.
I put the Goliath 170 amp hour into my 2008 Club Car Precident. I paired it with a navitas AC motor and controller conversion. My first test drive I barely touched accelerator, and front wheels came off the ground. Packaging did it arrived in was nothing short of spectacular. My kids wanted to keep the box. I've been able to drive it around for over 8 days without having to charge it. I drive my kids to school and to the grocery store and also just around the neighborhood to visit friends 10-15 miles a day. It got down to 35% and I could still cruise around at 35 mph no problem. I've spoken with Frank the VP personally and they'll tell you that guy will bend over backwards to take care of his customers. I appreciate that. Plus having a straightforward warranty not hiding behind loopholes, depreciated value replacements, exaggerated timelines. 6 year free replacement, 2 year $500 deductible. Clean, simple, direct.
I swapped my Polaris Ranger EV to the 48V 170Ah system and I'm very pleased with the quality of this kit. I did the install myself and it comes with everything needed for a seamless install.
Great battery the weight reduction is amazing!! Couldn’t be happier with the support from lithium rhino for questions I had on there system prior!! Quality of everything was over the top and battery life is impressive
I would like to start with the packaging, which provided an experience unlike any I have had before. The crate construction was sturdy, and the interior foam panels were impressive, keeping every item perfectly protected and in place. The included literature is well-produced with easy-to-understand instructions; the use of high-quality, spill-resistant paper was a thoughtful touch.
Additionally, including gloves, glasses, and a battery puller for the old lead-acid battery was very helpful. Both the installation and setup processes were quite simple.
Finally, I cannot say enough about your support staff. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful while working through some initial glitches.

I can't say enough about my experience with the Lithium Rhino crew. I was having problems with a retailer of their product and Rhino staff immediately stepped in to provide me support in getting my battery through them. Frank helped to make a stressful situation work out to where the battery was delivered as he said, with installation and operation just as they advertised.

"Performance has been fantastic so far. First time I charged it up it took about 3hrs, as it started at 37%. Full charge and I hit the golf course. I live about .5 mile from hole number one. Arrived home after 18 holes, 79% charge. Put it on charge, only took an hour to charge up. My wife played today, same result. So, we should be able to go 3-4 rounds no problem... FANTASTIC! Oh, and love the bluetooth!"
