Actually we do! Every purchase includes a 30min video call with a certified install technician to walk you through any hurdles or issues you come across.  You don’t have to use it, but it’s there if you need it! Just schedule it on our site.

YES!! This install is very simple, especially if you decide to skip the LCD screen installation and if you have just factory electrical. This means you can skip the DC reducer as well.  Simply remove the old lead acids and wires, and follow the simple installation steps for just the battery and the charger.  Done! 

This is often overlooked but it is located by the power button and typically start with the letter A followed by a string of letters and numbers.

If you have an electric golf cart with 48V system and have any lights or acceessories YOU WILL USE THE 12V REDUCER.

For truly stock golf course carts with no lights this is NOT necessary.  Keep it in a safe place in the event you add accessories in the future.

If you utilize the Bluetooth function and download our mobile app you have the option to use the LCD screen. All of the battery parameters are available in the app for real time battery life and more. 

You may want to install the LCD screen safely in the battery compartment near the battery for a reference if you ever lose your phone, it dies, or other reasons you cannot access the app.  This allows you to check battery life at any time by lifting the seat and is a good backup method, without having to run the LCD wires and attach the screen to the actual dashboard.

Yes, most headlights etc are 12v, you will need the 12v reducer to reduce the 48v to 12v to power these accessories. Often you will see small random wires on one or two of your lead acids seperate from the main pos/neg wires from the cart. These are your lights etc. and need to connect to the output of the 12v reducer.

Warning: you will blow your bulbs and cause cart damage if you hook 12v accessories to the main pos/neg of your Rhino.

It depends. The mounting brackets provided make it easy to secure your Rhino battery in various golf cart makes and models.  It also keeps the battery off the battery tray in the event there is standing water.  However, if your cart allows the battery to sit securely you may simply attach the battery directly using the holes at the base of the battery footing.

No, your battery must be turned on with blue light lit for charging.

Our warranty is 8years free from manufacturer defects. The first 6 years are fully covered for repair or replacement by us, and the final 24months have a $500 cost for repair or replacement. You can also choose to use that $500 as a credit towards a new model battery, and swap out the old one!

Our battery operates best at a continuous peak amp discharge of 200amps. It can handle fluctuations up to 300amps for short durations. The MAX amp discharge is 500amps for up to 30seconds, before the BMS shuts down the power as prevention. It can, for rare instances, also handle up to 700amps for 0.3 seconds.

Safety is our highest priority, and our BMS has many protections to shut the battery down for anything out of the oridnary, including overcharge, short circuit, over discharge, and thermal protection. If inside or outside temperatures surpass the limit the battery shuts down. In addition our smart charger ceases charging once the battery is full. So there are no concerns charging it overnight. That being said if it does worry you simply charge for an hour or 2 and then power off the battery before bed, as our strong 25amp charger will you give you plenty of juice in just a couple hours.
