Lithium Revolution LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Lithium Rhino ("Lithium Rhino", "we", "us", "our"), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, register a warranty, open a dealer account, contact our support team or sign up for our emails, we collect your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, the details of your order or enquiry, and anything else you choose to include in messages to us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and the last four digits. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Information from your calls. When you call our support lines we collect your name, the best number to reach you on, and a description of your issue. Calls are answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so that we can resolve your issue and improve our service.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our websites we collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site and similar technical information, using cookies and comparable technologies.

Text messages

What we send. If you give us your mobile number, we may send you text messages about an order, a delivery, a warranty claim or a support request you have raised with us, including confirming that one of our team will call you back. We do not send promotional text messages unless you have separately asked us to.

How you consent. You can opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be texted, either on our website, in writing, or verbally when you speak to our support team. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
