I had ordered a Lithium Rhino soundbar thru Amazon for a gift. When it arrived, the mounting brackets were missing. I contacted Amazin and they sent a new one but it was also missing the brackets. I contacted Lithium Rhino directly and they looked into the situation and had the brackets I needed shipped the very next day. That same day I received an email from the founder of the company again apologizing for the inconvenience and going above and beyond my expectations to make the situation right. Thankful for the quick response in making this gift turn out great!
All the parts came and installation was good! My only problem is the Mode button doesn’t seem to work. The remote mode button and the speaker mode button don't respond or do anything when I press them. So, I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if I have a faulty device. The Bluetooth works but I can’t seem to switch modes. I may not use the other modes very often but would maybe like to use the FM mode. But I also don’t know if it’s worth the hassle to send back and get a different one. And maybe I’m doing something wrong trying to switch modes, but when I press the buttons, nothing happens.

Sound bar control on the steering wheel love it very easy to install. My only problem was I had a hard time finding battery for it.
Delivery was quick, I received my 48V 120AH battery and soundbar within 3 days. I have a Yamaha Drive2 and the install was extremely easy, no wires to identify for later installation. I would recommend having a second set of hands while installation of the brackets, it was difficult to extend my arms to get the security bolts started. The sound bar and fuse box was a breeze to install as well as the other components which I installed under the seat. I highly recommend this product, it definitely is much easier to maintain than the old acid lead batteries I had!!!
