I purchased the 65AH kit for my 2017 E-Z-GO to replace my fading lead acid batteries. The entire experience has been fantastic, from inquiry-ordering-shipping-install-back on the road. The process was pretty straightforward and support was always available with a couple of minor questions/issues as I did my conversion. The clubhouse is about a mile from my house and I can easily do two trips and rounds on a single charge with about 40% charge remaining. Overall, I have had a great experience and will not miss the weight and mess of the lead acid batteries.

I found Lithium Rhino while researching lithium batteries for my Club Car DS cart. I loved their reviews and videos of their products. Theirs was the most complete kit that I found. Their kit that included mounting hardware brackets and everything else that you need to install this battery yourself including safety glasses and a battery removal strap for your old heavy batteries. While I was making my final decision, they even added the charging port to their kit. That made it even better. Add to that, they were offering free shipping at the time, so it was a total no brainer to order from Lithium Rhino.

The packaging is unbelievable. I think you could drop this box upside down from a few feet and there wouldn't be any damage. Their packaging should be the industry standard!
During installation, I couldn't find the connection cord for the charger, so I called customer service and explained my problem. He walked me through it saying it was in the brown box. There are two brown boxes. I looked in the small brown box; nope that was the 12v converter. I swore I didn't receive it. He said no it's in the brown box. So, I looked in the big brown box that held the charger that I had put back in the original crate and covered with the foam packing material. There it was. Ooopps, I'm an idiot. Since I had them on the line I asked them about the voltage converter. I had already installed one for my light conversion kit. Mine didn't go to the ignition switch so that was my confusion. No issue, now I have a spare.

My whole installation took me about an afternoon. I had to build some brackets to mount the charger to my frame which added a couple of hours. Michael had said that the conversion would be a tight fit in the DS, but I don't think it was that bad. We had to deviate from the instructions a little to mount the battery. Since my cart used 4 12v batteries, we had to bolt the mounting bracket to the frame first and then to the battery. This meant that the brackets were upside down according to the instructions. It took a bit of measuring and head scratching to figure out, but it wasn't hard.
All in all this was a great experience. Anyone who knows how to use a wrench and a drill can do this. Now my cart zips around faster than it's ever gone before and I don't have worry about those louse lead acid batteries. I would highly recommend Lithium Rhino if you are thinking of a lithium conversion for your cart. In my opinion they can't be beat. They've got the best price, best kit and best packaging of anyone out there. You won't be disappointed

I have had battery golf carts for multiple years. The cost of replacing 4 or 6 batteries has become super expensive and the batteries don’t seem to last like they used to. I decided on the 48v lithium battery from rhino. It was easy to hook up the new battery and monitor. I also purchased a volt reducer for the lights which was also easy to install. The lcd screen is nice as it displays how much battery power is left. Charging is a snap, the new charging port that comes in the kit accepts the female end of an extension cord.
I have this setup on my 48v club car for the last few months. The battery life is excellent. The battery has a convenient on/off push button that shuts the battery off completely. I have noticed a bit more power while driving. I’m sure it’s due to less weight to move since it’s only one battery instead of 4. I have other battery carts that will be converted to the single lithium battery from Rhino. I would recommend this kit to anyone looking to get away from multiple batteries with better performance.

Thew Rhino Lithium battery has been installed. The Cart runs great. When doing the installation make sure you make lots of measurements. The folks at Rhino Lithium know what service means. They are there if you need help. The delivery service they used was really good. If you are thinking of converting your cart to a Lithium battery Rhino is the way to go.

I put in 2 48V 50amp from Lithium Rhino in my 1992 EZGO Marthon. Does over 30mph and takes off very quick with the reduced weight. Very easy installation and excellent technical support if required. Highly recommend!

Upgraded from lead acid to Lithium recently. After researching a bit, went with Lithium Rhino. I did the install myself and had some issues(my OEM regulator was bad and did not know it) After contacting Lithium Rhino was assisted over the phone, then handed of to the "lead tech" who took time out of his day on several occasions, calling me back to check on the progress, troubleshooting my issues etc.) and kept in touch until the project was complete.
Cannot say enough about the great customer service after the sale.
