The initial one i received had a blown subwoofer on one end once I got it installed. Called the rhino number and got excellent service. I told them the issue. They got me another one shipped the same day I called. Awesome in my view. Installation and hooking up was a breeze. Then when I got the replacement speaker it was plug and go. And I love it. Sounds great on my golf cart. My neighbors are asking where I purchased it. They want one.
The sound bar is great. I only see 2 things that would make it better. Instead of having the charging port in the bottom would like to see a dash light. Would use the dash light more. Also I have this on one of my golf carts and I have a Ecoxgear sound bar on my other golf cart. If my wife is connected to the Ecoxgear and I am connected to the Rhino they interfere and only one can play at the same time. I was afraid of this when I purchased hoping if I purchased a different brand, I wouldn't have a issue. Other than my personal recommendations, I think the product is great.
I had questions but had to rely on the internet after I called and left a message for a return call.
Since I received my battery I took notice of the quality of packaging used and carefully presented instructions in the the kit. I notice how everything had a clear label and the whole kit just screamed quality and thoughtfulness. I installed the battery and took it for a test drive and noticed that my cart will display a code in my Navitas app for overvoltage and my battery would not charge when plugged in. Trent went above and beyond to resolve my issue, he was communicating with me even through his personal time to ensure my issue was resolved, I don't know but I havent experience this level of support and customer service in a while or ever. After this experience in customer service and support and quality of their product i can confidentiality say they have earned me as a faithful Lithium Rhino consumer and Fan.
