Do to the high cost of shipping, repackaging, and returning our Rhino products, we will go through great lengths to ensure your golf cart is compatible. We will also take full responsibility for any mistakes made on our behalf, and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, all returns will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis. If in the event there is nothing wrong with the product, it's compatibility, or the service provided to ensure it is the correct product for your cart, and you still want to return the kit, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of returning, and if opened or used there may be a 5% restocking fee.
