I haven't received the item that was shipped..per the tracking number I suppose to have received it several days ago, but it's still enroute.. When I receive it and get a chance to hook it up, I'll change my review.
I just installed my new Rhino Lithium 48V 105AH battery and LOVE it so far! Install was extremely easy with the provided EZGO RXV install kit, and tech/support has answered my emails promptly. No complaints so far, and can only hope that the battery holds up as long as they say it will! Very impressed!
Unfortunately, I did have a problem with my subwoofer. Nothing that lithium rhino did it just happened to have a bad patt inside of it, and I called them up without question, They shipped me a new subwoofer overnight so that I got it and could meet my customers deadline. Definitely five star rating
I must have researched lithium golf cart batteries for weeks before choosing Rhino Lithium- videos, testimonials, and speaking in person to customers who gave glowing reviews. I liked the warranty, and I actually called and spoke with a representative to make sure the battery I was looking at would fit my EZGO RXV.
The purchase, the delivery, the installation, the performance, customer service, all outstanding. The right choice.

It’s hard to go wrong with their price point and the warranty they offer. Rhino answers the phone, they speak English, they’re in our time zone (relatively) and provide great service. As far as the installation kit goes, it’s very good. I had a problem with the converter, but as soon as I reached out they sent me a new one. I definitely recommend Rhino Lithium

Ordered the 76v105ah battery for my 2009 clubcar ds h-frame.
Shipping was fast and the delivery guy was awesome. He unloaded the heavy battery (which is packed very well) and rolled it all the way to the back of my shop and set it in there for me. Everything was labeled and packed extremely well. The brackets for the battery fit my h-frame ds like a glove and, rhino lithium furnished all the necessary hardware needed. Installation was so easy that I didn't even need to call them but could have as they have tech support for helping with the install. It also came with a 50amp dc to dc converter which was very nice. A lot better than the cheap 20amp I had so, it got replaced with the one in the kit. I have the 450amp 4kw eco ac kit installed in my cart. It went from 37mph to 48mph huge improvement. We rode 20 miles going 25 mph and still had 70% on the battery. Double the range from the 48v105ah lithium i had in it before. The underside of the lid on the crate that the battery was shipped in was a nice touch. Thanks Rhino Lithium Team. Keep up the good work.
Working with CART TEQ, Eric to fix the work another company had done. Eric asked me great questions to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. He did an outstanding job and as promised. I would recommend Eric and CART TEQ to anyone needs to have work done on their EV Cart. Very pleasd.
Everything that was shipped was accounted for it was professionally boxed up, packaged the handle for the removal of the Lead acid. Batteries was awesome. They installed took approximately four hours. Start to finish simple straightforward. I’ll definitely be doing it again on another golf cart.

I've probably installed 50+ of their products; everytime I get a great product and a happy customer.
The DIY battery installation was a success and the cart’s performance is much improved. The installation approach I chose leaned toward the complete side, as opposed to the quickest. Extra steps included removing the charger wiring and installing the LCD panel on the dashboard. It was my first install and it took me 15-20 hours. The 5 minute Lithium Rhino EZ-Go RXV installation video was not particularly helpful. It covered the bare minimum, but glossed or did not show the more difficult assembly tasks and battery tray alterations. I relied more on the much longer ECO Battery installation video for the EZ-GO RXV cart.
I purchased the 105AH kit. After the order was placed several changes were automatically made to the order. The Round Gauge was removed and the LCD Display was added. If asked when ordered, I would have chosen the “Round Gauge - 7 Pin RS485 connection cable w/ dash power button“ instead of the LCD display. The Round Gauge replaces the old battery meter; I could not find a good spot on the dash for the larger LCD Display. The round gauge displays the most important information while driving the cart and the phone app can be used when detailed information on the battery condition is needed.
Lithium Rhino has a nice Knowledge Base web page, but I did not find it until I started the install. I first looked on the lithiumrhino.com home page; there was no link on the Home page. I also looked on the lithiumrhino.com/support page; there was no obvious link there either. I found it with a google search, but it was about a dozen entries down the list; of course I got impatient and started the install before I found it. The knowledge base page is where I found an installation video for the Ez-Go RXV model cart.
The most difficult part of the install is fastening the battery to the battery bracket. The battery barely fits in the battery compartment and there is very little room to get your hands in position to assemble and tighten the six, five piece bolt assemblies. In hind sight I would change the installation order presented in the Lithium Rhino installation video. 1) Use the bracket as a template to drill holes in the battery tray, 2) loosely bolt the battery tray bracket to the battery before it is placed in the battery compartment, 3) place the battery/bracket assembly on the battery tray, 4) bolt the battery bracket to the battery tray, 5) tighten the bolts holding the battery to the bracket. A hex key 6” to 10” long was a big help. I added a ¼” rubber spacer between the battery bracket and the battery tray. This helped raise the top of the bracket above the lip of the battery tray.
The cart had aftermarket lights and a 12V outlet, so the 48V to 12V stepdown transformer that came with the kit was not installed.
Upgraded my Icon I60 golf cart from lead acid batteries to a Rhino lithium 48v 170ah. I couldn’t be happier with the selection. I no longer need to worry about my battery dying mid ride and have now have amazing pickup. I wasn’t able to find an installation video online of a Rhino battery being installed on an Icon golf cart, but the installation could not have been easier. I’m hoping the battery will last as long as advertised, but an 8 year warranty helps ease any worries. Glad to be enjoying my golf cart

In addition to having great sound, the build quality on the GX-500 is excellent. The T-bracket is also very solid. Honestly, the sturdiness of the bracket was my only hesitation going in. I was expecting something much more flimsy and as soon as it came out of the box, that angst was gone! Installation was pretty straightforward and I had the bar running in no time. I also appreciate the speaker lights for a few reasons: the light in the rear for safety and the lights in the speakers are super helpful to find things in the dash when driving the cart at night.
I have been showing it off to my friends and it looks like I’ll get to install another GX-500 and steering wheel remote for my buddy who really likes it (he’s not very handy!).
I had a few questions and will add that the customer service is also top notch. The CEO himself responded to me. Lithium Rhino is clearly the kind of company with whom I will be happy to do more business in the future. It has been a great experience with a great product.
