Our batteries go through a rigourous factory inspection process, starting with the raw materials received, ending with a multi-faceted testing phase upon completion and multiple inspection stops in between. Our tests show a defect rate of less than 1/10,000--but if ever an issue, we got your back!

How long is your warranty?

We provide an 8 year limited warranty, with 6 years full replacement and 2 years prorated.

What is the prorated costs?

We like to keep it simple. No percentages, no stange costs etc. If there is any manufacturer defects in the final 24 months of your covered warranty a $500 deductible cost gets you a repair or replacement, period.

What if there is a better product available?

Technology changes fast and we get that. If in year 7 or 8 there is a battery issue you have the option of instead of paying $500 for replacement you can get a credit of $500 off the latest and greatest Rhino battery at that time. We are here to stay and innovation is at the heart of what we do. We will only get better!

Are your accessories covered?

Our accessories are built to last, but covered by a separate 1 year warranty. We will however take this on a case by case basis, and any issues that arise will be heard by our staff. If it is fixible and reasonable it will be made right by us, on us. Period.

How long will your battery last?

If maintained properly we are confident our battery will last way beyond this warranty. We expect 12 years of solid use for years and years of enjoyment on your investment.

Here’s where we change the game. As an exhausted customer of lead-acid batteries myself, I made it my mission to make this lithium option better for the customer, more affordable and longer lasting.

For Rhino, if there is any issue at all in the first 72 months (6years) it is full replacement, with absolutely no cost to repair or replace.

We pay to ship it back, we pay to ship you the new or repaired unit. Period.

Our mobile app will allow us to see specific parameters and individual cell diagnostics to help us understand what the issue is, and trouble shoot it before shipping back anything. Often a factory reset or simple fix can reset the BMS and get the battery up and running again without any inconveniences.

2. Year 7 or year 8 if you experience an issue that needs to be repaired or replaced you pay flat $500. We pay shipping and repair/replacement, and it’s fixed. DONE.

You can even send back the unit (on us) and decide to credit that $500 towards upgrading to a brand new model!

Mississippi Hills EV

Purchased 4 Polaris EV 160AH kits. Everything fit great and installed easily. Great power and distance. The internal heaters to charge and operate in cold temperatures is what sold me.

Lithium upgrade

Upgraded, my exgo rxv from lead acid batteries to lithium and it is totally worth it. Rhyno lithium battery kit comes with everything you need to make the install a breeze. And has the best warranty in the industry. The only reason I don't give it 5 start review is cause customer service still hasn't returned my call to an issue that I had after my install. But overall great battery

Toro MDE Retrofit

The 120A system went in the Toro MDE with only slight hold down modification. No 12v transformer/conversion required. The power is great uphill and towing splitter. Nice unit.

GREAT Product and Customer Service!

I replaced the acid batteries in my 2022 Icon I40 with Lithium Rhino 48V 105 AH. From start to finish, I had great service from Michael McDonald and his great sales staff. The kit was easy to install, and any questions I had, were answered in minutes of contacting them. I even got a call from them in the evening when I asked a question, thinking I would hear back in the morning. Very positive experience with Michael and his staff and I highly recommend them! The product itself was high quality and I am very happy with how it turned out and is performing.

Rhino 120ah battery 48volts

Installation was fairly easy. Be sure to take photos of the battery set up that you are removing especially if some lower voltage accessories are connected to some of the battery terminals. Those lower voltage accessories will now be powered by the transformer/converter that is supplied with the kit. I have added a solenoid to operate the winch on the hunting cart as well as a fuse block for additional 12v accessories. I have about 7-8 hours in the whole process but I am slow and particular about the finished product.
